Mr.Patel, learned APP waives notice of Rule.

The present application is preferred by the applicant-convict for temporary bail on the ground that he wants to undertake the agricultural work.

It appears from the jail report that the convict has recently enjoyed furlough from 09.05.2012 to 25.05.2012.

Under the circumstances, the discretion does not deserve to be exercised. Hence, the present application is not granted and therefore, rejected. Rule discharged.
