The revisionist ? Transport Corporation of India, filed this revision against the judgement and order dated 27.05.1996 passed by the VI Metropolitan Magistrate, Kanpur in proceedings under Section 457 of Cr.P.C arising out of Crime No. 90/96 under Sections 407, 406, 420, 411 of I.P.C, Police Station Pheelkhana, Kanpur Nagar.
As per the law laid down by this Court, in the case of Jawahar Lal @ Jawahar Lal Jalaj Vs. The State of U.P. decided on 05.08.2015 passed in Case U/s 482/378/407 No. 1994 of 2011, this revision is dismissed in default for non-prosecution.
