Pursuant to the order passed by the Micro Small Enterprises Facilitation Council, dated 27.12.2016, which has become final, the petitioner made a representation to release the payment in tune with it. The representation dated 02.02.2017 was followed by the reminder dated 11.02.2017. As no further action is forthcoming even thereafter, the present writ petition has been filed.
2.Considering the above, the respondent in W.P.No.5033 of 2017 and the first respondent in W.P.No.5034 of 2017 are directed to pass orders on the representations of the petitioner dated 02.02.2017 in the light of the proceedings referred above dated 27.12.2016 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitions are disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
