Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to abide by any condition as may be imposed by the customs authority.
In communication dated 3rd April 2012 addressed to the Additional Commissioner of Customs, the petitioner has mentioned that, "We are ready and willing to comply with the directions of this good Authority if any imposed in relation with the release of the container bearing No.CRXU3416751 from the seizure/hold in the subject matter."
Having regard to the aforesaid submission, let Notice be issued returnable on 1st August 2012.
Direct service is permitted.
