The contempt petition filed to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in M.P.No.2 of 2013 in W.P.(MD)No.9915 of 2013 dated 21.06.2013.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader, Mr.N.S.Karthikeyan, appearing for the respondent submits that the order of this Court has been complied with. He produced the proceedings of the District Elementary Educational Officer, dated 25.04.2017. The petitioner's appointment has been approved and the petitioner's salary is directed to be given with effect from 28.02.2016.
