This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for wilfully disobeying the orders passed in W.M.P.(MD).No.9636/2016 in W.P.(MD)No.12733 of 2016 dated 20.07.2016.
2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the order passed by this Court in W.M.P(MD)No.9636/2016 in W.P.(MD)No.12733 of 2016 dated 20.07.2016, directing the respondent to pay the petitioner's salary from 10.04.2015, is complied with by the respondent by proceedings in Mu.Mu.No.2816/A3/2016, dated 02.01.2017. The said proceedings is placed on record.
3.In view of the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
