JUDGMENT / ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in the school run by the second respondent, the LKG classes are running in the 2nd floor, whereas, the 6th to 12th standard classes are conducted at the ground floor. The writ petitioner's case is that the young children studying in classes 2 to 5 have their classes in the 2nd floor. In this regard, he already gave a complaint to the first respondent. The first respondent has issued a direction vide, communication, dated 03.08.2015 in Na.Ka.No.213/A1/2015. The first respondent had made it clear that classes 2 to 5 shall be conducted only in the ground floor. The first respondent is directed to enforce the said communication, dated 03.08.2015 in Na.Ka.No.213/A1/2015.
2.This writ petition is disposed of as indicated above. No Costs.
