JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner has approached this Court seeking for a direction to the respondent authority to take action against the 4th respondent. The complaint of the petitioner was that though the 4th respondent was imposed with a compensation of Rs. 50,000/- for the illegality he has committed, no disciplinary action had been taken againsg him so far. 2. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that this Court had imposed a compensation of Rs. 50,000/- against the 4th respondent, which was recovered by him by the disciplinary authority. That apart, after conducting enquiry in the matter, since he was already directed to pay compensation by this Court, no proceedings had been imposed against him and he had been exonerated from further action in the matter as per Order in August 2010, bearing A2-PR-66/2010-KR dtd. /8/2011 (SO No. 67/2011 KR). A copy of the said order is given to the learned counsel for the petitioner as well. Under these circumstances, the remedy, if any, of the petitioner is only to challenge the order passed by the departmental authorities in this regard.
W.P(C) No. 12850 of 2014 -: 2 :-
In the above said circumstances, no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition and the same is disposed of.
A.M. Shaffique, Judge.
