JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner approached this Court on account of non consideration of Ext.P3 by the first respondent. Petitioner's case is that the second respondent committee insists for proof of marriage with her husband Sri.Thoufeeq and her husband being abroad, she could not produce proof of marriage with her husband. Petitioner submits that on account of want of proof of marriage with her husband, she is being driven out of her present residence. It is claiming a direction to the first respondent, petitioner has approached this Court.
2. Petitioner has not disclosed who is threatening her and what is the cause of action to invoke Art.226 of the Constitution. If petitioner is threatened with eviction, petitioner can seek appropriate civil remedy before the competent civil court. The first respondent need to consider the complaint submitted by the petitioner if there is a law and order situation and if petitioner faces any threat, violence or criminal act, in such situation it is open for the first respondent to take necessary action in accordance with law.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
