Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.N.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the contemnor submitted that the order of this Court dated 09.09.2016, made in W.P.(MD) No.17120 of 2016, has been complied with in full by the respondent. Mr.G.Ramanathan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, also submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent and he also produced a copy of the letter of the Principal Secretary, Social Welfare & Nutritious Meal Department in fbj vz;.4745/re.4-2/2017-5 dated 27.06.2017.
