JUDGMENT / ORDER

Present none. In view of the orders already passed on 04.11.2016 and thereafter on 20.01.2017, along with the absence of the counsel for the petitioner on 09.12.2016, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
No application for restoration shall be entertained without first deposit of costs of Rs.10,000/- with the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Madras High Court Buildings.
