Petitioner contends that Ext.P1 provisional set of timings was passed following the guidelines in D3 circular and without convening a timing conference. In fact, the order does not show the date of issuance. Petitioner further submits that, it has been issued in the month of March, 2014, that too, with the rider that it shall be subject to revision. If the petitioner is aggrieved with Ext.P1, he can approach the appropriate forum for the same. Without prejudice to the same, the writ petition is dismissed.
