High Court Of Kerala|09 December, 2014
|

JUDGMENT / ORDER

In this original petition, the limited prayer is for a direction to the Principal Sub Court, Thiruvananthapuram to take up O.S.No.308/2008 and dispose of it as expeditiously as possible. 2. The petitioner is the 1st defendant in the suit and the suit is one for partition. It is pointed out before this Court that evidence was completed on 26.02.2014 and thereafter the case is being adjourned for hearing from time to time and now the case stands posted for hearing on 08.01.2015.
3. The petitioner points out that due to the pendency of the suit, considerable difficulties are caused to him and he would request that there may be a direction for expeditious disposal of the suit.
4. One finds no reason as to why the matter is being simply adjourned after evidence was completed.
O.P.(C) No.2915/2014 2 Whatever that be, the case now stands posted to 08.01.2015. The Principal Sub Court, Thiruvananthapuram is hereby directed to take up O.S.No.308/2008 on 08.01.2015 and have it finally heard on that day and dispose of it as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of one month from 08.01.2015.
