Petitioner’s grievance is that his property covered by Sale Deed No.133/1982 has been shown as Government puramboke. The petitioner has approached the Tahsildar to rectify this mistake by Exts.P1 and P3. It seems that the petitioner’s property is shown as Government puramboke vested with the Municipality. 2. In view of the grievance highlighted in Ext.P1 and P3, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider Exts.P1 and P3 by finding out the identity of the property with respect to the title deed claimed by the petitioner. It seems that the 3rd respondent had requested the 4th respondent to express their views in the matter. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the Municipality to co-operate with the identification of the property of the petitioner.
Needful shall be done within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the 4th respondent.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
