4.Kannan ... 2nd Respondent in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3406/2012 Prayer in all the Crl.O.Ps.:- Criminal Original Petitions are filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the entire records pertaining to the orders passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai, Madurai District, on 12.12.2011, 14.12.2011 and 19.12.2011, in Cr.M.P.Nos.7749, 7826 and 7839 of 2011 in Crime No.83 of 2011 on the file of the first respondent respectively and set aside the same.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these Criminal Original Petitions and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2.In view of the abovesaid submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
