The matter relates to a parcel of land which was involved in proceedings in the company court. Having regard to the materials on record, we are not persuaded to pass any order granting police protection. The petitioner will have to work out his remedies in appropriate jurisdiction for relief as to claims regarding the property. Without prejudice to that, this writ petition is dismissed.
