JUDGMENT / ORDER

IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT HYDERABAD FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA & THE STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH (Special Original Jurisdiction) FRIDAY, THE FIFTH DAY OF SEPTEMBER TWO THOUSAND AND FOURTEEN PRESENT THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION Nos. 25888 and 25896 of 2014 BETWEEN Tota Venkata Narayana AND The District Collector, Guntur District, Guntur and others ... PETITIONER ...RESPONDENTS The Court made the following:
COMMON ORDER:
Heard.
2. Petitioner claims that he is the owner of the land to an extent of Ac.1- 04 cents in Survey No.341/B of Pulipadu Village, Gurajala Mandal, Guntur Distrct. It is stated that respondent No.4 herein also made a claim to the very same land alleging that a patta is granted to him. Petitioner made a representation to the Tahsildar, dated 15.05.2014, requesting not to effect mutation in the revenue record and not to issue pattadar passbook and title deed to respondent No.4. On the said representation, the impugned endorsement was issued by the Tahsildar, dated 07.08.2014, confirming that respondent No.4 is lawfully entitled to patta. Aggrieved by the impugned endorsement, dated 07.08.2014, W.P.No.25888 of 2014 is filed and aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the Tahsildar in taking action on the petitioner’s representation, W.P.No.25896 of 2014 is filed.
3. Apparently, the impugned endorsement of the Tahsidlar disposes of the petitioner’s representation, dated 15.05.2014.
If the petitioner is aggrieved by the said endorsement, it is open for him to approach the appellate/revisional authority and submit his grievance in such appeal/revision.
4. In view of the said efficacious alternative remedy of appeal/revision, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition.
Subject to the liberty aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
