JUDGMENT / ORDER

Counsel for the appellants insists that the matter is urgent as the execution is proceeding. On the last occasion it was adjourned on the request of the respondents.
Today counsel for the respondents is not present as probably the matter has been taken up out of turn on the request made by the counsel for the appellants.
In the absence of counsel for the respondents it is not desirable to pass any order.
List in the next cause list peremptorily.
Counsel for the appellants shall inform the other side in writing of this order so that appeal is heard positively on next occasion.
