Heard learned Counsel Mr. Trivedi for the petitioner. Perused the papers produced before me as well as the orders passed by the Labour Court and the Industrial Court. Mr. Trivedi has also relied on the decision of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of MANAGING DIRECTOR, ECIL v/s B. KARUNAKAR, reported in (1993) 4 SCC 727.

Issue Notice to the other side returnable on 9th April, 2012.

In the facts of case, ad-interim relief in terms of Para - 10(D) till then.
