Notice to the respondents, returnable on 12th April, 2012.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner-company has already deposited 4,10,000/- on 13.1.2011, Rs.96,107/- on 3.3.2011, Rs.76,000/- on 15.7.2011, Rs.6,93,000/- on 26.3.2011, Rs.36,213/- on 29.3.2011. In all the petitioner-company has deposited Rs.13,02,320/-. However, The total liability of the petitioner-Company is Rs.24,71,040/-. Therefore, Rs.11,68,720/- is outstanding. In spite of that the Tribunal has directed to the appellant-Company to deposit 12,35,520/-.
In view of the above statement made by the learned advocate for the petitioner the order of the Tribunal is stayed till the next date of hearing.
