The learned counsel for the petitioner limits his prayer in the writ petition to a direction to the Vice Chancellor of the Kannur University to consider Ext.P12 representation and to pass appropriate orders thereon, expeditiously. The learned Standing Counsel for the University assures that Ext.P12 would be considered.
In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of directing the Vice Chancellor of the Kannur University to consider Ext.P12 representation in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders thereon, after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner also, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of one month of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
