JUDGMENT / ORDER

Though a last chance for filing an affidavit-in-reply has been granted by order dated 29.10.2012, whereby the petition was adjourned to 03.12.2012, no affidavit-in-reply has been filed by the State Government.
Ms.Asmita Patel, learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that she shall be appearing for respondent No.2. She prays for further time, in order to file the affidavit-in-reply. Let the affidavit-in-reply be filed on, or before, the next date of hearing, failing which the Court would presume that the State has nothing further to say.
