O R D E R H.G.RAMESH, J. (Oral):
1. Sri S. Rajashekar, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner- Tobacco Board (a Government of India Undertaking) seeks leave to withdraw these revision petitions with liberty to avail of the benefit under the “Karasamadhana Scheme-2017” of Government of Karnataka. Liberty sought for is granted. The revision petitions are accordingly disposed of as withdrawn.
2. The learned counsel submits that the petitioner has deposited Rs.32,69,805/- with the respondent as per the order of this Court dated 27.04.2017. If the petitioner- Tobacco Board is entitled to avail of the benefit under the aforesaid “Karasamadhana Scheme-2017” and if the petitioner avails of the said benefit, the petitioner is entitled for refund of the amount deposited by it pursuant to the order of this Court dated 27.04.2017.
3. In view of disposal of the revision petitions, I.A.No.1/2017 filed for interim stay does not survive for consideration; it stands disposed of accordingly.
Revision petitions disposed of.
