[Order of the Court was made by the HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE] Alleging that the order of this Court in M.P(MD)No.1 of 2014 in W.P(MD)No.5274 of 2014, dated 26.03.2014, has not been complied with, the petitioners have come up with the present contempt petition.
2.Upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners, we are of the opinion that the present contempt petition is pre-mature.
3.Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed, as pre- mature. However it is open to the petitioners to agitate their claim in the writ petition. The Registry is directed to list the writ petition, for final disposal, after completion of service.
