This intra court appeal is directed against the order dated 28 February, 2011 setting aside the order passed by the respondent dated 29 June 2010 and issuing a direction to renew the notary licence of the http://www.judis.nic.inrespondent.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent on instructions submitted that subsequent to the order dated 28 February, 2011, the appellant renewed the Notary Licence and thereafter, it was further renewed.
3. In view of the subsequent events, we do not find any ground to allow this intra court appeal.
4. The intra court appeal is disposed of with the above observation. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
