2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent/contemnor submitted that the order passed in the writ petition in W.P.(MD)No.16061 of 2016 dated 07.04.2017 has been complied with. He would further submit that based on the order passed in the writ petition, the Inspector of Police, Orathanadu Police Station, recommended the Deputy Superintendent of Police to remove the petitioner's name in the history sheet, which is accepted and the name of the petitioner is removed from the history sheet.
3.Recording the above said submission, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
