JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner seeks for issuing a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the first respondent in letter No.G2/ 21725 dated 24.11.2016 quash the same and consequently grant stay of operation of the order of the second respondent in No.AA4/14982/2012 dated 12.08.2016 pending disposal of the main petition pending before the first respondent.

By the order dated 24.11.2016 of the first respondent, the first respondent refused to grant interim stay of operation of the order dated 12.08.2016 passed by the second respondent pending disposal of the revision petition filed by the petitioner. By the order dated 12.08.2016, the second respondent has passed a detailed order concluding that the petitioner has no right, interest or title in respect of the land in Survey No.619/6 in Veeranendhal Village, Chengam Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District and therefore her plea for assignment of the said land is not feasible of consideration. It is as against the said order dated 24.11.2016, the petitioner has filed a Revision Petition before the first respondent.
3. Heard both sides. It is seen from the records that already, the petitioner has filed a Revision Petition before the first respondent against the above said order dated 12.08.2016 of the second respondent and during the pendency of the revision petition the first respondent refused to grant interim stay. It is as against the rejection of the request of the petitioner seeking interim stay, the present writ petition has been filed. In any event, the revision petition has been filed by the petitioner on 04.11.2016 and it is pending before the first respondent. Therefore, this Court is of the view that it is suffice to direct the first respondent to take up the Revision Petition filed by the petitioner on 04.11.2016 on file and to pass orders thereon after hearing all the parties concerned within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction. the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
