JUDGMENT / ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.,] After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition, with a liberty to work out his remedy administratively as well as under the Common Law and has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.
2 The Court heard the submissions of Mr.K.Soundararajan, learned Standing counsel accepting notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2.
3 In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty sought for by the petitioner, is granted. No costs.
