JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner seeks for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.05.2017 and consequently direct the second respondent to appoint the petitioner for the post of Assistant Cook at Government Higher Secondary School, Karasaanur Village, Vanur Taluk, Villupuram District.
2. Since the results of the interview have not been declared, the petitioner has given a representation on 24.5.2017. But till date, the same has not been considered. Therefore, the petitioner has come to this Court for disposal of the same.
3. Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader, taking notice on behalf of the first respondent, sought for sufficient time to consider the petitioner's representation.
4. This Court, considering the limited prayer, without going to the merits, hereby directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the pending representation of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
