[Judgment of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] This appeal is against the order passed in W.P.(MD).No.16475 of 2012, dated 05.03.2013, which was filed challenging the tender awarded to the 6th respondent. The 6th respondent has completed the work allotted to him and has also filed a counter affidavit to the said effect. The relevant para 9 of the counter affidavit reads as follows:-
? 9. I have already completed the work and received the bill amount in full. The Panchayat expressed full satisfaction to my work?.
