JUDGMENT / ORDER

Alleging non-compliance on the part of the respondents in complying with the order of this Court dated 01.12.2015, made in M.P.(MD)No.2 of 2015 in W.P.(MD)No.21350 of 2015, the petitioner has come up with the present Contempt Petition.
2. This Court, by order dated 01.12.2015, in M.P.(MD)No.2 of 2015 in W.P.(MD)No.21350 of 2015, directed the respondents to grant temporary approval and release grant in aid and pay salary to the petitioner in the post of Assistant Professor/Lecturer English Department in the fourth respondent College in the Writ Petition with effect from 25.01.2007 within a period of six weeks.
3. Today when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the order passed by this Court dated 01.12.2015, in M.P.(MD)No.2 of 2015 in W.P.(MD)No.21350 of 2015, has been complied with and to that effect, he has also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 22.02.2017, in Na.Ka.No.48206/F2/2012. In view of the same, the Contempt Petition is closed.
