JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the representation given by her dated 05.06.2017, within a time frame.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representation given on 05.06.2017 to the first respondent, the first respondent has not passed any order so far. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner also gave a representation to the Lieutenant Governor of Puducherry dated 13.02.2017, which was forwarded to Lok Adalat for further action.
3. Mr.K.R.Ramesh, learned Additional Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents submitted that the first respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders in three weeks' time in accordance with law.
4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.06.2017 and pass orders, in accordance with law, within three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order .
5. With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
