JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner without any due process of law.
2. It is apparent that the matter, in dispute, relates to matrimonial affairs and the petitioner alleges that there is continuous harassment.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on the other hand, R.MAHADEVAN, J., sr submitted that an enquiry need to be conducted, for which, co-operation of the petitioner is required.
4. Hence, to give quietus, the respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry. In the meanwhile, the petitioner need not be harassed. With the above direciton, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
