JUDGMENT / ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner contending that the Teachers Recruitment Board had conducted the examinations for the Eligibility of Teachers on 12.07.2012 for the year 2012 and subsequently Teacher Eligibility Supplementary Examination on 14.10.2012. Consequently, evaluation of certificates for the candidates who obtained least marks for the eligibility was conducted on 7.9.2012, 8.9.2012 and 6.11.2012 to 9.11.2012. The petitioner was called to produce the Teacher Training Certificates for evaluation. However, the petitioner selection for the post of Secondary Grade Teacher was not considered since the petitioner has studied the Teacher Training Course in the other State. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition before this Court to direct the 4th respondent to permit the petitioner viz. D.Kavitha, Regn.No.12TE15254381 without insisting the evaluation certificate to participate in interview to be conducted by the Teacher Recruitment Board to be held on 6.9.2013 at Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Ashoknagar, Chennai-600 083.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner placed the evaluation certificate issued by the Director of State Council of Educational Research and Training dated 11.12.2014.
3. The prayer in the writ petition is to direct the 4th respondent to permit the petitioner to participate in the interview to be held on 06.09.2013 by the 4th respondent without insisting upon the evaluation certificate. Now, the petitioner has produced the evaluation certificate issued in the year 2014. Therefore, the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous.
4. This writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. It is open to the petitioner to submit the fresh evaluation certificate in the future selection process. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
