JUDGMENT / ORDER

According to the petitioner, she has secured 50% marks in Teacher Training Course in the year 2010. As far as evaluation is concerned, originally direction was given to evaluate the Certificate of other States in respect of the persons who have secured 50% marks in S.S.L.C. and 50% marks in the Teacher Training Course, thereafter, it was reduced to 45% marks in Teacher Training Course in respect of a person who secured 50% in Plus 2. As per the aforesaid order, the petitioner is eligible for evaluation of his certificate, since she secured 50% marks in Plus 2 and 50% marks in the Teacher Training Course. However, the respondents rejected the request of the petitioner for evaluation of her certificate, by referring G.O.Ms.No.118, School Education Department, dated 03.12.2009. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner.
2. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents has submitted that in the light of the order passed by the Government in G.O.Ms.No.118, School Education Department, dated 03.12.2009, certificates in respect of the students, who have joined the Teacher Training Course after 2008-2009 onwards and got the Teacher Training Course in other States cannot be evaluated.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the petitioner has produced the evaluation certificate, dated 11.12.2014, issued by the Director of State Council of Educational Research & Training, Chennai. Therefore, the writ petition becomes infructuous at this stage.
4. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to submit a fresh evaluation certificate in the future selection process. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
