This revision petition is filed by the petitioner-husband seeking early disposal of O.P.No.3706 of 2016 on the file of the I Additional Family Court, Chennai.
2. It is seen that the said O.P has been filed by the petitioner-husband for dissolution of marriage solemnised on 23.08.2010. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the Court below has been adjourning the said O.P for several hearings without any adjudication.
