Madras High Court|22 February, 2017

JUDGMENT / ORDER

This revision petition is filed by the petitioner-husband seeking early disposal of O.P.No.872 of 2015 on the file of the I Additional Family Court, Chennai.
2. It is seen that the said O.P has been filed for restitution of conjugal rights by the respondent-wife. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the Court below is adjourning the said O.P for several hearings without any adjudication. Since the O.P is pending from the year 2015, the petitioner-husband seeks for early disposal of the same.
3. Considering the above and also the fact that the H.M.O.P is pending from the year 2015, the I Additional Principal Family Judge, Chennai is directed to dispose of the O.P.No.872 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible.
4. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
