Learned counsel for the party respondents submits that the writ petition is filed with reference to an election held to the Executive Committee of the Parents Teachers Association of a Government High School. The period of such Executive Committee is already over.

2. In that view of the matter, according to the learned counsel for the respondents, the writ petition has become infructuous.

I am also of the same view and accordingly this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
