JUDGMENT / ORDER

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the first respondent to issue suitable orders to the third respondent in respect of pay salary of the writ petitioner from 1.12.2014 to 29.4.2015, more specifically, the deputation salary from 6.7.2015.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner made a submission that the writ petitioner was working as Secretary of the Co-operative Bank and he was deputed to the other Bank for a specific period. Though he has completed the services as a Deputationist, the salary for which he entertained has not been disbursed and he made a representation to the first respondent on 25.11.2015 and the same has not been looked into.
3. In this view of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 25.11.2015 and pass orders on merits in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
