JUDGMENT / ORDER

Manjula Chellur C.J.
The entire issue seems to be with regard to an agreement of sale at Ext. P1. Though petitioner has approached this Court seeking police protection against 4th respondent and his henchmen, as per submissions of the State Attorney, what we notice, there are several criminal cases registered against each other.
2. According to 4th respondent, petitioner and his followers are threatening with dire consequence so far as life of the 4th respondent. According to State Attorney, petitioner and 4th respondent were very good friends and on account of an agreement of sale pertaining to one of the properties, they fell apart and are not friends any more. A civil suit is admittedly pending between the parties, which seems to be cause for disputes between the parties. In the light of cases being W.P.(C) No. 23155 of 2013 : 2 :
registered against the petitioner and also 4th respondent, it would only be just and proper for the police to keep vigil on the activities of both the petitioner and 4th respondent and do the needful as per the situation, as such misunderstandings and ill-will between the parties may lead to disruption of public peace and tranquility.
With these observations, writ petition is disposed of.
