The Writ Petition is filed praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 21.12.2016 to issue patta relating to the lands measuring Ac.6.09 Cents situated at No.34, Pidarithangal Village, Poonamallee Taluk, Tiruvallur District.

Considering the limited prayer made in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion regarding the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 21.12.2016 on merits and in accordance with law and after giving a personal opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
4. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
