The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that leave may be granted to the petitioner to withdraw the Writ Petition as there is a likelihood of settlement of her claims with the 6th respondent and that liberty may also be reserved to the petitioner to agitate the issue, in case there is any further grievance in the matter. Accordingly, the Writ Petition (Civil) is closed as withdrawn reserving the abovesaid liberty. Sd/-
