The writ petition is filed challenging the recovery proceedings initiated against the mortgaged property for satisfaction of a defaulted loan. No interim orders were issued in the writ petition which is of the year 2010. If the amounts are still remaining due, then the respondent Bank will be entitled to move for recovery and the contentions of the petitioner would be left open. Writ petition stands closed, leaving the parties to suffer their respective costs.
