The petitioner is a borrower. He committed default. Therefore, statutory proceedings were taken by the respondent bank under the SARFAESI Act. The property was also ultimately sold. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent Bank did not furnish him with the copy of the inventory mahazar. He is said to have given representation dated 06.09.2017.
2.The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent bank would submit that no such representation was received. Be that as it may, the respondent Bank is directed to furnish the copy of the inventory mahazar relating to the movable properties, if taken. It made clear that this Court did not express any opinion on the merits of the matter.
3.The Writ petition is allowed accordingly. No costs.
