JUDGMENT / ORDER

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the H.M.O.P.65 of 2006 filed by the respondent-husband for dissolution of marriage before the Sub Judge, Ranipet and H.M.O.P.No.2143 of 2016 filed by the petitioner-wife before the Principal Judge, Family Court, PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA.J SRN Chennai for restitution of conjugal rights were already disposed of. Hence, nothing survives for consideration in this Tr.C.M.P.
2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Tr.C.M.P is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
