JUDGMENT / ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation dated 26.10.2016 alleged to have been given by the petitioner in respect of removal of encroachment made in Town Survey Ward BG Block 9, T.S.No.51 to an extent of 136 square metre at 23rd Street, Shanthi Nagar, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli, by way of issuing a writ of mandamus.
2.Mr.D.Muruganandam, learned Additional Government Pleader, has taken notice for the first respondent and Mr.Aayiram K.Selvakumar, learned Government Advocate, has taken notice for the respondents 2 and 3.
3.It is seen from the records that with regard to removal of encroachment from the place mentioned in the petition, a representation has been given on 26.10.2016 to the respondents 1 and 2. But the same has not been considered. Under the said circumstances, this Court is inclined to pass the following order.
4.In fine, this writ petition is allowed without costs and the respondents 1 and 2 are strictly directed to look into the representation dated 26.10.2016 alleged to have been given by the petitioner and dispose of the same within a period of one month.
