Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record.
By means of the present application the applicant has prayed for setting aside the orders dated 26.10.2018 as well as 19.12.2018 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Etah whereby the prosecutrix was sent into the custody of her father and prayer for conducting medical re-examination of the victim girl has been rejected by the court concerned respectively.
This Court has gone through both the aforesaid orders passed by the court below and is of the considered opinion that both the orders impugned are perfectly in consonance of the principles of law laid down in plethora of cases passed by this Court as well as by the Apex Court.
The petition sans merit.
In the aforesaid background, the instant petition filed under section 482 Cr.P.C., is dismissed.
