JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner was given No Objection Certificate as per Ext.P1. Thereafter, Ext.P2 permit was issued by the Geologist. The validity of the period is expired. The petitioner wants to renew Ext.P2 permit. If the petitioner produces Environment Clearance, necessarily, Ext.P2 shall be renewed to the petitioner by the 6th respondent.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
