JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Yasar Arafath (Enrl.No.2579/2016) learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the subject matter of the writ petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle. Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
