Tirupur Managarachi Kadai Viyabarigal Peravai vs The Commissioner

Since the Peravai has filed the Writ Petition, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file separate Writ Petitions by the lessees.

The learned counsel also made an endorsement to that effect.
